Returns and Exchanges

SCHUBERTS RETURNS POLICY


Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of the first attempted delivery of your order. If 30 days have expired since you recieved your order, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, with labels intact and in their original packaging.

We do not refund gift-cards or sale items under £42.

To complete your return, we require your order confirmation or an invoice copy to be included with the item(s) returned.

You will be responsible for your own cost to return items and the goods remain your property until we recieve them. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with suitable insurance as we will be unable to refund items lost in transit. The address to send your returns to is:

Refunds

Subject to our standard product checks, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within the 7-working day period, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit/debit card issuer, it can sometimes take some extra time before the refund is officially posted on your statement.

Exchanges

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged and if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at info@schuberts-footwear.com.

If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative product, different size or colour. The easiest method is to place an additional order for the item(s) required and return the unwanted item(s) following the returnds process above.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
